CLINICAL AND FINANCIAL PROJECT ASSESSMENT

IS projects can derail for many reasons. You miss critical milestone dates because your staff is overwhelmed with the tasks and additional responsibilities. Your staff won’t take ownership of the project, so you can’t resolve issues in a timely fashion or make critical operational decisions. Communication with the vendor breaks down. The project is in crisis mode.
