For clinical training, we work with your clinical teams to customize and deliver training that aligns clinical processes with system steps. For physicians, IHS recommends one-on-one training, with 30-minute or less sessions delivered in such convenient locations as the unit and physician offices or lounges.

Computer-based training (CBT) that allows physicians to learn at their convenience is a good solution. An even better solution? Replacing generic, vendor-provided CBT with CBT developed by IHS on your system with screens and parameters appropriate for your environment.

REPORTS, TABLE AND PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT EDUCATION
IHS has many years of experience writing reports using SQL, Crystal Reports® and BusinessObjects®. We work with our clients to evaluate reporting needs, make recommendations and design/develop reports based upon your requirements. Our consultants have in-depth knowledge of the system applications, system tables and data schemas. We emphasize report design efficiencies to prevent degradation of system performance and to maximize the efficiency of system resources and data. In addition, we work with your analysts, assisting them in all levels of training.
